Your safety and well-being always remain our utmost concern. As you are planning your stay at The Terrace, we anticipate that you may have many questions about our efforts to manage healthy and safety during the pandemic. We want you to feel confident, whenever you visit, that all our actions are focused on your health, well-being, and comfort.
Here are just a few items we want you to be aware of:
Mask/Face Covering Policy:
A mask or face covering should be worn in public areas and hallways. Masks can be removed once seated in the restaurant or in your room.
During Check in/Check Out:
Commonly used areas and items such as desk counters, pens, and elevator panels are being disinfected on a continual basis. Hand sanitizer stations are available for your use in common areas throughout the hotel. Please leave keys in the room and we will retrieve them at check out. All folios/invoices will be emailed to you.
In Your Room:
Housekeeping will service your room every 4 days with change of bed and towels. Trash will be picked up daily but you must put it outside your room door. Housekeeping will leave extra trash liners in your room prior to check-in and replenish as needed.
Throughout your stay:
We are taking extra measures to communicate the importance to all of our guests. We advise to use the Front door entry/exit in the Hotel and limit using the side entry way. Please feel free to utilize our Business Center & Fitness Center during your stay.
Terrace Grille Restaurant:
We are open for Lunch, Dinner & Sunday Brunch, updated hours and menus can be found on our dining page. Our daily breakfast service has currently been suspended. We are following local & state government guidelines. The restaurant and bar area will have limited seating to accommodate social distancing placing guests at tables 6ft apart.
